The Agentic AI Jobs Index for July 2026: 1,996 open agentic roles (63% of tracked AI hiring) across 212 companies. On the 207 companies tracked in both months, agentic openings moved from 2,048 to 1,990 (-2.8%). Agentic share of tracked AI roles moved from 64% to 63% across July 2026.
