Of the 3336 tracked roles, 2200 (66%) are agentic — explicitly about building, operating, evaluating, or governing AI agents, rather than general AI or ML work.

Postings are fetched directly from company career sites and applicant-tracking systems across the watchlist, then categorised — not scraped from third-party job boards. No. The Agentic AI Jobs Index is a market-data source: it counts and classifies open agent-specific roles at a defined set of companies and publishes the dataset under CC BY 4.0. It hosts no listings and has no apply flow; every role links to the employer's own careers page.

It is refreshed every Monday from each tracked company's public careers feed, and a monthly report is archived on the first of the month; the current edition is from September 2026.
