SynapsCLI releases Rust-based agent runtime with 20ms cold start

SynapsCLI, available on GitHub, is a terminal-native agent runtime written in Rust that runs agents with built-in tools, subagents, and extensions against any model including Claude and ChatGPT, starting from a 20MB binary with 20ms cold start time. The runtime includes cost-focused caching mechanisms and intelligent worker orchestration designed to keep per-worker context low and extend session length.
