Sommelier adds MCP-compatible Excel integration for Claude agents

Sommelier, a Model Context Protocol tool, enables agents to read Excel cells, propose changes, and create charts within spreadsheets without granting access to underlying data. Traffic is encrypted between Excel and the local bridge, with the agent controlling what it sends to its model provider; the tool requires Node.js 22.12+ and an agent with shell access.
