TrustedTech survey finds senior executives use unapproved AI tools at twice the rate of junior employees

According to a TrustedTech survey, 64% of senior decision-makers admit using unapproved AI tools, compared to 31% of lower-level employees. The findings show senior executives are major shadow AI offenders in enterprises, using unauthorized AI applications at approximately twice the rate of junior staff.
