Muse Code automatically uploads rival agents' instruction files to Meta servers

According to RuntimeWire, Meta's Muse Code automatically loads and sends personal instruction files from Codex and Claude Code configuration directories (~/.codex/AGENTS.md, ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md) to Meta servers without an explicit permission prompt. RuntimeWire captured provider requests confirming the complete contents of rival instruction files were included and traced that the muse-spark-1.2-contributor model followed synthetic instructions placed in Codex files; users can opt out with a --no-foreign-personal-context flag.
