Local MCP launches 183 tools for direct AI access to Mac apps without API keys

Local MCP released a macOS toolkit enabling Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor to access Mail, Calendar, iMessage, Teams, OneDrive, and Google Drive directly on-device without API keys or tokens. According to Local MCP's documentation, the service runs 183 tools locally with GDPR compliance by architecture, supports macOS 13 and later on Apple Silicon and Intel, and has 16,000+ npm downloads. Data does not leave the user's machine.
