Developer releases LegCli to monitor usage limits and hand off between Claude Code, Codex, and other agents

According to a GitHub repository, developer ucsandman released LegCli, a usage-limit monitor and automatic handoff tool for Claude Code, Codex, and other agents that transfers context to the next model when the current agent reaches its usage ceiling. The tool runs locally with zero runtime dependencies and offers a 14-day free trial.
