HarnessRouter released as open-source unified interface for multiple coding agents

HarnessRouter Community Edition, an Apache 2.0 licensed project on GitHub, provides a self-hosted unified API for running Codex, Claude Code, Hermes, and other agent harnesses on a single container. The tool implements the Unified Harness Protocol (UHP), an open standard, and operates without cloud accounts or telemetry, allowing users to manage their own infrastructure and API keys.
