Developers release three tools for managing Claude Code and Codex sessions locally

According to GitHub repositories, developers have released Codex Explorer, Agent Sessions, and Opendray as local management tools for AI coding agent sessions. Agent Sessions provides unified session history, quota meters, and analytics across Codex, Claude, and other agents.
