Session-migrate and AgentGrid launch tools to manage Claude Code and multi-agent sessions

According to GitHub and AgentGrid documentation, developers launched session-migrate and AgentGrid to address fragmentation across coding agents. Session-migrate enables Python-based migration of sessions among Claude Code, Codex, Pi, OpenCode, GitHub Copilot CLI, Antigravity, Cursor, and Mistral Vibe. AgentGrid offers a visual workspace to orchestrate multiple coding agents in one interface while preserving existing subscriptions.
