Anthropic reduces Claude Code weekly limits after promotional period ends July 19, 2026

Anthropic announced that Claude Code weekly usage limits on Pro, Max, and Team plans will revert to standard levels after July 19, 2026, ending a 50% increase promotion that ran from May 13 through July 19, 2026. The promotion applied automatically across Claude Code on CLI, IDE extensions, desktop, and web, but excluded Free plans and consumption-based Enterprise seats.
