Simon is CTO and co-founder of Prefactor, the real-time agent evaluation platform. He has spent 25 years building software and leading engineering and product at startups — as the first employee and eventual CTO at GreenSync, which he helped grow to around 70 people, then CTO at Dokio and core-platforms lead at iflix, among others. He's drawn to problems where a team gets to learn a whole new domain together; at Prefactor that means the unglamorous work of making agents safe to run in production: evaluating every step they take, live, and catching errors as they happen.
