Deloitte: only 15% of US organizations have achieved scaled multi-agent orchestration

According to Deloitte research based on a survey of 501 senior business leaders, only 15% of US-based organizations have reached scaled, orchestrated multi-agent deployments across customer service, IT, and engineering. The survey found 42% of organizations are testing small numbers of agents and 43% are expanding deployments across functions, with most organizations struggling to develop an executable, integrated roadmap for agentic AI initiatives.
